Venue

The conference will take place between April 14th and 16th, 2011 at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is located in the centre of the capital city with many different possibilities for accommodation, cultural events and culinary experiences in the neighbourhood. The connections with airport Ljubljana (airport Jože Pučnik) are excellent (by bus or taxi). There is a lift to the castle in the middle of Ljubljana with museum, sweetshops and a wonderful view from the tower. Most points of interest in the town are reachable by walking, though the local public transportation system is easy to use.

University of Ljubljana - this ducal palace was build between 1898 and 1902. It has been used as headquaters of the Slovenian largest university.

Ljubljana - a quaint, little, old town, a bustling city centre, a medieval castle, and a metropolitan riverside cafe culture are just a small example of the things that give the city it's beauty. This is a city with a soul, featured by the masterpieces of the world renowned architect Jože Plečnik.
